The Apartment

Sam's Escape is an outstanding apartment in the centre of town situated above the restaurant and shops and overlooking the quay. It has recently been totally re-furbished and equipped to a very high standard. Tastefully furnished, superb views, large sundeck and a parking space make this property extremely desirable.

The property is accessed via a short walk along Bull Hill. The front door leads into the hallway with doors leading to the kitchen, bedrooms, shower room and utility. The newly fitted kitchen/diner has been well equipped and includes dining table and seating for 4 people, large fridge/freezer with drink maker unit, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a good selection of high quality cooking equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining table is positioned by the window giving good views over the river.

Both Bedroom 1 & 2 have king-size beds and matching bedroom furniture. The Shower room has a large walk in shower and wash basin. Further along the hall is the Utility room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. The stairs lead down to the very spacious sitting room, tastefully furnished with two large sofas, wide screen TV with a full Sky package including films and the sports channels, a DVD and CD player. There is a stylish feature gas coal effect fire and large windows giving wonderful views of the river.

The sundeck is reached via a steep metal pilot ladder, however, once this has been navigated this large terrace has garden furniture, sun beds, gas BBQ and of course excellent views of the river. A delightful place to sit and watch the river activity particularly during Regatta Week when the Red Arrows fly by.

A parking space is located a short walk along North Street. A swipe card for entry to the parking will be issued by the owner and a £30 deposit is charged. This will be refunded on return of the card. Due to the very steep steps up to the sun terrace this property is not suitable for children under the age of 8, the elderly or disabled.
